Because I can't remember everything and can sometimes get mixed up about what happened when! Also there are MAJOR SPOILERS HERE for the full version of Hatoful Boyfriend. I basically list everything that happens, if not in detail...

April 8: school starts, Ryouta heads home early because of his stomach
April 11: Ryouta refuses school clubs as he's too busy with his mom
April 21: class hike! Ryouta shares his awesome home cooking with Hiyoko :>

"Is that your lunch...? That's a pretty sad thing to bring on a picnic..."

"Geez, if you eat like that you'll be dead on the roadside by the time
we head back. Here, I'll share mine."

May 16th: Planning for sports festival! Ryouta does the three-legged
race. "Somebirdie has to."
May 21st: Sports festival! Ryouta runs for both himself and Hiyoko...
May 27th: Getting back midterms!

June 22nd: shenanigans with Ryouta and Oko in the cafeteria.
- "I know! You said! So come on, let's eat outside! We can't horse around
in here!"
- "I stopped him from going on a rampage, but... Ow! Cut it out, Okosan!"
July 7th: Tanabata! Ryouta's wish: "May mother stay healthy this year.
And may my stomach get better." 8( Ryouta.
July 13th: Ryouta gets stomach sick and heads to the infirmary.
"This happens all the time." 8( Ryouuuutaaa. He shows up looking worse than before, saying he's fine and sitting around just makes it worse.
July 15th: Get finals back!

July 20th: End of semester!
Ryouta works every job under the sun in the summer...
August 6th: Go to summer festival with Ryouta!

2nd term!
September 2nd: Ryouta goes to infirmary, is injected with Charon Virus.
September 3rd: Ryouta shows up late, Hiyoko's head shows up...BEGINNING
OF BBL STORYLINE OOOH

- Talk about A(H1N5) virus which mutated and spread to humans. highly infectious, high mortality rate. Humans engineered a powerful virus to cull birds and prevent A(H1N5) from becoming pandemic. However, the infected birds didn't die--their brains grew in size and power, starting with doves. Most humans now live peacefully with birds--the ones who are left, anyhow...

- Wonder where Hiyoko is, ignore Sakuya's jabs, picks up print box from faculty room at Kazuaki's request (he's in class 2-3!). Opens box to find Hiyoko's head


1st class
- Alarm goes off; school's entered a state of emergency, all students are told to evacuate to the gymnasium
- Ryouta protests about leaving Hiyoko 'here alone', but Sakuya says it's no longer her and he needs to go. Class evacuates!

"This is a bad dream, right? Someone wake me up...someone..."

- Ichijou Mino, the headmaster, comes on to make an announcement that there has been a natural disaster outside.
- Okosan thinks Hiyoko is missing 8( Ryouta wants to go back to the classroom! Sakuya says it's his responsibility as president of the student council as well as to get to the bottom of this.
- Ryouta's his "assistant"
- discover the wall (the dome!)
- likely put there when they were all in the gym
- go to the classroom, discover Hiyoko's head is missing
- Yuuya shows up! Ryouta shows he kind of knows how Sakuya acts
- They've gathered up her parts in the chem lab for students' mental health and an autopsy
- the doctor is doing the autopsy, Ryouta doesn't like that! "The doctor? Why him!?"
- He doesn't trust the doctor, and nervous about what he might do to Hiyoko--or what's
left of her. Reveals he suspects the doctor.
- Ryouta shows he wants to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible
- He says he's "never felt this emotion before, but now I feel nothing else". Murderous rage, maybe? Unaccustomed to rage!
- RYOUTA SO BLUNT "the unsocial cockatiel dandy everyone hates?"
- He tells Sakuya they should be grateful, hwah. He also says he should be nicer to his own family and Sakuya gets "DB" about it. R-Ryouta also gets all "DB" and all "Sakuya, where are your manners?!" when they meet Mister One and tries to defend him by saying his Japanese isn't very good...
- Go to the maintenance office, discover everything's been out since the morning. Cut off communication systems. Get advice to check out the headmaster's office.
- Go to the wall first, discover little escape hatch.
- Go to chem lab, Ryouta wishes they had a doctor who wasn't so malicious.
- Shuu gives him a "hint", telling him that he's forgotten something.

"Hohoho, isn't it beautiful, mister Kawara? The sound of your life crumbling apart around you."
"......"

- Ryouta thanks him anyhow and goes on. He tells himself he shouldn't worry about it for the time being.
- Go to the headmaster's office on the first floor, find out it's locked, meet SCARECROW THING
- He's the first one to notice the sound the scarecrow thing makes and mention it to Sakuya


2nd Class
- Ryouta calls out first to Sakuya, first to tell him to run, go back to the lab to warn mister Nanaki who offers them tea ROFL
- He got panicked by the scarecrow thing, to the point of becoming incoherent
- Ryouta apparently gets angry when the doctor says "I'll tell you what I've learned from these lumps of meat that used to be Tosaka" because Sakuya tells him to calm himself.
- Cause of death was asphyxiation, dismembered after death
- Ryouta can't remember he was in the infirmary, instead says he went home because his mother asked him to run some errands.
- Go out to ask other students where they were in the afternoon
- Go to maintenance office, Yuuya shows up to talk about the scarecrow
- Ryouta and Yuuya agree they can't just sit around
- Yuuya goes to the chem lab to keep an eye on the doctor/Hiyoko
- Yuuya and the doctor were both in infirmary
- Go to gym, talk to Oko who saw Anghel going to the infirmary
- Ryouta hears Nageki! Kind of. He checks in the library but sees no-one
- Get key to headmaster's office from Nanaki
- Sakuya, Ryouta and Nanaki go to headmaster's office, find him dead (poisoned)


3rd Class
- headmaster was dead when the announcement aired, the broadcast as put together from last year's disaster footage.
- finds 'The Human Representative' and decide to ask Mister One to open it, find the controls for the dome
- Ryouta's openly distrustful of the doctor (FOR GOOD REASON)
- he's pressured about the thing he forgot about but he isn't convinced fat bird isn't just trying to mess with him
- doctor tells him it's a plot laid all out for him
- bring files to Mister One, who says they'll spontaneously combust if forced open
- go looking for Yuuya
- BAM SCARECROW
- Ryouta ends up in the library
- Asks Nageki what he's doing there, Nageki knows who he is, tells him he heard from Tosaka--she told Ryouta she made friends with a freshman whose in the library all the time
- Nageki tells him it was just now she came but then vanishes 8(
- Go to the lab RELIEVED BUDDY COP IS ALL RIGHT
- Yuuya is all "LOLYUP HE WAS WORRIED :D" and Ryouta's all "ahahaha 8D Thanks Sakuya"
- Go back to headmaster's office, Yuuya goes about hacking into the computer, to Ryouta being impressed and Sakuya not so much so...

"X-rated videos can teach someoen how to do this sort of thing? Maybe I should watch more of them."

- Open up the hatch, go with Nanaki and Sakuya to check it out
- Ryouta offers to go look but two students show up. One flies outside and is shot. Conclusion? If they go outside, they're shot and killed

4th Class
- Ryouta almost goes to blame himself but the others cut him off
- go back to maitenance room, LEONE JB INTRODUCES HIMSELF. One of the 'Soaring Wings' of the Dove Party. S-class agent!
- The Human Representative
- The Human Representative is a hostage to birds
- Seal around school is lifted 12 hours after the death of a human is confirmed and the birds inside are given to the humans as a sacrifice--they take the blame
- The school will be declares an extraterritorial zone, and avian protests of any human reprisal will not be tolerated
- Made to widen the distance between human and bird, but Hawk Party had a wing in it all
- Ryouta expresses that he's glad Sakuya's there, as he's very decisive, calm and rational
- Tells him he means it when Sakuya tells him not to flatter him
- Ryouta doesn't like suspecting elders
- Go to library to research school's history, Nageki shows up to tell him where the records are
- It's about now Sakuya comments and Ryouta realises Sakuya can't see him so asks Nageki if he's a hallucination, to which Nageki goes "..." at. Nageki mentions he'll be able to remember everything soon, and asks Ryouta if he's found the thing he's forgot yet. But then Nageki disappears
- In the book:
2183--medical center shut down due to fire (2187 is when Ryouta enrolled), Nageki Fujishio died.
- Ryouta settles on him being a ghost and Sakuya is all D8 about it but Ryouta thinks that he can help
- Go to chem lab to ask Yuuya about him really seeing nothing (mentioning blood-stained bird)
- Ryouta suspects the doctor and Yuuya are hiding something
- Ryouta mentions the old hall, unused for anything and they set off to try and find a way down to the medical center. They find one indeed and Sakuya kind of breaks it open...

"You're starting to sound like a delinquent, Sakuya."
"What? What did I say?"

- go into old hall, finds two copies of the '6' encyclopedia, find the wall that covers up the stairs that used to lead down into the medical center
- Anghel shows up! Ryouta tells him it's dangerous here and they should go to the gym
- Ryouta gets sucked into his fantasy...they do battle? (Ryouta's moves: Blue Moon Slash and Deathbringer rrrrofl)
- Sakuya whacks some sense into them, Anghel reveals he was the one by the infirmary (the blood-stained bird)
- Learn Hiyoko went into the infirmary, they figure the doctor and Yuuya were lying


5th Class
- They don't want to believe it, but it's likely the doctor and Yuuya have been working together
- He admits he's not so eloquent, knows they'll try to dodge the issue if they try and go to bring it up only with Anghel's testimony
- Decides they need to search the infirmary, Sakuya goes to distract the doctor and Yuuya
- Leone JB gives Ryouta a "Massive Key" and a stungun
- Ryouta goes and unlocks the infirmary, goes inside and finds medical records on himself, Hiyoko, Nageki and Sakuya
- Alas he is knocked out (thanks Yuuya)
- Wakes up and finds Hiyoko's blood-stained ID
- Ryouta feels as though it's too good to be true, that he's being led along
- go back to the chem lab, talks to Sakuya about Yuuya and the doctor lying, tells Yuuya to his face that:

"That's right, Yuuya. From your point of view, we were subjecting you to vile slander and ill gossips!"
"You're very frank, Ryouta. Nothing wrong with that."

- Yuuya tells them he can't tell them anything, then the scarecrow shows up and they all run
- Meet up in the maitenance room and Ryouta thinks they should get Yuuya to talk to them and confront the doctor
- Ryouta says he thinks he knows how Sakuya feels about Yuuya-- that is, Sakuya doesn't want to believe that his brother is
guilty
- Sakuya leaves on his own to confront the doctor OTL
- Yuuya rescues him from the doctor trying to kill him, Ryouta bursts in, the doctor escapes with Labor 9
- Tells Ryouta he'll be waiting, deep below the surface
- Injured Yuuya tells Ryouta he and the doctor didn't kill her though she died in the room. They did cut her up, because the doctor wanted to be sure of when she'd be found, thought morning would give the most humans time to gather.
- Yuuya "dies"


6th Class
- Ryouta goes to the library alone to talk to Nageki
- Asks him about the switched encyclopedias, about his death and the medical center
- Nageki tells him to try reading one of the volumes of 9--inside are files, one of which about Operation Hatoful
- That is, using carrier individuals as biological weapons to fight humans
- Medical center was used for biological weapon research for five years at least
- Nageki remembering things--that he thinks he was the one who brought the encyclopedia there, how humans he met used to get very sick. He tells Ryouta about what happened five years ago, about lighting the fire, about the orphanage he lived in.
- They were trying to find out how to kill humans with the Charon Virus
- Found a map of the medical center also in the box

7th Class - 8th Class
- Kazuaki, Anghel and Ryouta go to the room to find a way downstairs
- Charon Virus shuts down a human's respiratory system within minutes once it's in their body
- Overreaction of the immune system which leads to widespread apoptosis
- Doctor only administered the live virus to him a day prior
- Rest of the summary really in the app


Epilogue
- Yuuya is fine! Leone JB gave him an antidote
- Kazuaki is tending to Shuu
- Nageki tells the two of them that "morning is almost here"
- It ends with Sakuya calling out to them both, telling them to wake up, that he wouldn't go back on their word
